Your GP Provider is Changing

Your practice is currently run by Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust.  From 1st April, Dr Scot Richardson from James Alexander Family Practice will take on the running of Northpoint Medical Centre, on behalf of the Trust. If you are happy with this change, you do not need to do anything.
