Registered patient appointments are available 8.30am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.

To use the online service you’ll need a username and password, available from our Reception team.

Our reception and telephone lines are open Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm. Saturdays from 9.10am - 12.30pm.

All of our consulting rooms are based on the 3^rd floor which is accessible via the lifts and are wheelchair accessible. We also have a Hearing Loop.

If you require assistance when visiting the practice, please speak to the Reception staff.

Please let us know if you would like a chaperone. This could be a trained member of our staff or a person of your choosing who is over 18 years old.

The clinician will consider whether or not it is appropriate for a relative or friend to act as a chaperone and may ask for a member of staff to also be present.

Please let us know before your appointment if you would like a chaperone to be present.
